Withdrawal of student from the school

In case you intend to withdraw the name of your son / daughter from the school at the end of the current academic year, you are requested to fill in the SCHOOL LEAVING FORM giving one month’s notice to facilitate the processing of the Transfer / Leaving Certificate and refund of deposit paid at the time of admission.

Transfer Certificate will not be issued to students who stand in arrears in fees.

Parents can obtain the duly attested Transfer / Leaving Certificate after the Ministry of Education endorses the school results.

Transfer Certificate for students of Grade 11 and above, if required, will be issued only in the 2nd week of September after the declaration of the results of IGCSE Examinations.

In case parents fail to intimate the school about the withdrawal in advance, and subsequently the name of the child is continued in the month of September, then one month’s Tuition Fee has to be paid.   If parents fail to intimate about the withdrawal until October, then the child will forfeit his/her refundable deposit.  

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FEES WILL NOT BE WAIVED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
